NEWS AND EVENTS

With COVID-19 on the forefront of everyone's mind, we wanted to give an update on our 7th Annual Forum on the Latino Community scheduled for September 16, 2020 at the Blue Goose Event Center.

Sadly, we have decided to postpone our Forum to September 2021.

While we are saddened to make this decision, the need to serve the under-served Latino communities in Placer County and Sacramento still remains, and the support we

planned to raise at the 7th Annual Forum is important for us to not only maintain, but further

expand and grow the services we are able to offer to our families in these communities.

In short, our families need your support now more than ever.

Our Latino communities have been greatly impacted by the business and school closures, but many have

the added challenges of limited transportation, lack of or complete misinformation of resources in Spanish, fear of asking for government aid or an ineligibility for economic relief due to immigration status.

Your donation will help us purchase essential household items, food/gift cards and materials

for activities for our children and support groups to keep our families going until we reach our

new normal.  As well as protective materials such as masks and gloves so that our staff can

continue providing services with client and Promotor/a safety and health in mind.

Congratulations 2020 Scholarship Recipients

In partnership with private donors who are Roseville High School alumni, the Latino Leadership Council Scholarship Fund benefiting Roseville High School graduates was announced in January and decisions for awardees were made in April of this year.
