Our "Entre Amigos Cocina (Kitchen)" summer cooking class made healthy, affordable Yucatan tacos together. Youth from Sacramento and Placer Counties participated, with 14 youth from 10 different households making tacos for themselves and their families. The next upcoming class is the final class for the summer series and will be held on August 4th at 4:30pm, where we will make veggie quesadillas with black bean dip.
